JOINTEARN TERMS OF USE AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jointearn mobile application, website, and related services (“Jointearn,” “App,” or “Services”) operated Jointearn Company Ltd (“Jointearn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, downloading, or using Jointearn, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your country to use Jointearn.

If you are below the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use Jointearn only where permitted applicable law and with any required parental or guardian authorization.

2. Your Account

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account information updated
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not share your account with unauthorized persons
• Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused circumstances outside your reasonable control.

3. Jointearn Services

• Trending Updates and content discovery
• Music
• Videos and entertainment
• Games

• Promotional programs and incentives
• Other digital services introduced from time to time

Features may vary country, device, availability, or applicable laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Jointearn, subject to the rights you grant us under these Terms.

By submitting content, you grant Jointearn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, and make the content available through the Services as necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve Jointearn.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

You must not upload or distribute content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Violates privacy or publicity rights
• Contains unlawful or fraudulent material
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Promotes illegal activities
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses others
• Violates applicable laws
• Violates Jointearn’s Community Guidelines

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

Jointearn and its original software, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials are owned or licensed to Jointearn and are protected applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted these Terms, you may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Sell
• Reverse engineer
• Decompile
• Create derivative works from
• Exploit

any portion of Jointearn without prior written authorization.

6. Music, Videos and Third-Party Content

Jointearn may provide access to music, videos, images, articles, and other content supplied Jointearn, users, licensors, or third parties.

Third-party content may be subject to separate intellectual property rights and licensing restrictions.

You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit third-party content except where expressly permitted.

7. Games and Promotional Programs

Jointearn may provide games, challenges, promotions, incentives, or other engagement programs.

Eligibility, availability, participation requirements, and applicable terms may vary program and region.

Jointearn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional programs where permitted law.

Participation does not guarantee any particular financial result, benefit, or outcome.

8. E-Commerce

Jointearn may provide e-commerce functionality allowing users to purchase products or services.

Additional terms may apply to specific transactions.

Third-party sellers may be responsible for their own products, descriptions, fulfillment, warranties, and customer service where applicable.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Where paid services or subscriptions are offered, prices and applicable terms will be displayed before purchase.

Payments may be processed third-party payment providers or, where applicable, through Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.

Subscription purchases made through Apple or Google may be subject to the applicable platform’s payment, cancellation, and refund rules.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Jointearn to:

• Violate any applicable law
• Commit fraud or deception
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Access another user’s account without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the Services
• Upload malicious software
• Scrape or collect information improperly
• Circumvent security measures
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Manipulate promotional programs or incentives
• Create multiple accounts to abuse platform features
• Use bots or automated systems without authorization
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threats

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:

• You violated these Terms
• You violated applicable law
• Your activity creates a security or safety risk
• Your account is involved in fraud or abuse
• Your activity could harm other users or Jointearn

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

12. Third-Party Services

Jointearn may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent operations, content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services may be governed their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer

Jointearn is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will always be available
• The Services will be uninterrupted
• All content will always be accurate
• All features will always remain available
• The Services will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted applicable law, Jointearn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Jointearn, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your infringement of another person’s rights

16. Changes to the Services

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features from Jointearn.

We may also update these Terms when necessary.

Where legally required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

17. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded Jointearn through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Jointearn, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for Jointearn or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Jointearn.
• To the extent permitted applicable law, Apple has no obligation to provide warranty services for Jointearn.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to Jointearn.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions against you.

Your use of Jointearn must also comply with Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

18. Google Play Additional Terms

If you downloaded Jointearn through Google Play, your use of the application is also subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Jointearn Company Ltd is established, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms prevents consumers from exercising rights granted to them under mandatory laws applicable in their country of residence.
