JOINTEARN REFERRAL & REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS

Effective Date: May 8th 2026

These Referral & Rewards Program Terms (“Referral Terms”) govern participation in the Jointearn Referral & Rewards Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Referral Terms, the Jointearn Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other applicable policies.

1. About the Referral Program

The Jointearn Referral & Rewards Program allows eligible users (“Referrers”) to earn referral rewards inviting new users (“Referrals”) to join the Jointearn platform using their unique referral link or referral code.

Unlike traditional referral programs that reward sign-ups alone, Jointearn rewards referrals only after the referred user completes certain qualifying activities that demonstrate genuine platform engagement.

The purpose of this Program is to reward legitimate community growth while preventing abuse, fraud, fake accounts, and artificial activity.

Participation in this Program is invitation or availability within the Jointearn application. Jointearn may determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

2. Promotion Period

Referral campaigns may be available continuously or for a limited promotional period.

Where a referral campaign has a defined start and end date, only referrals that satisfy all qualification requirements before the campaign expires will qualify for rewards.

Jointearn may launch different campaigns with different reward amounts, qualification requirements, or eligibility criteria.

The reward amount displayed in your Jointearn application at the time of the referral will apply.

3. How to Refer Someone

Eligible users may invite others by:

• Sharing their unique referral link
• Sharing their referral code
• Using any official referral-sharing features provided inside Jointearn

You may personalize your invitation message. However, you agree that you will never:

• Misrepresent Jointearn
• Promise guaranteed earnings
• Pretend to represent Jointearn officially
• Spam individuals
• Purchase fake traffic
• Send unsolicited bulk messages
• Use bots or automated systems
• Mislead anyone regarding rewards or eligibility

You are solely responsible for any messages you send.

4. Referral Qualification Requirements

A referral becomes eligible only after the referred user successfully completes all required qualification activities. The referred user must:

Step 1

Create a Jointearn account for the first time using your referral link or referral code. Existing users or users who previously owned a Jointearn account are not eligible.

Step 2

Successfully verify their account where required, including email verification or any additional identity verification requested Jointearn.

Step 3

Purchase Jointearn Coins or add funds to their account from an approved payment source. Internal transfers between Jointearn users do not qualify unless expressly permitted.

Step 4

Complete at least one eligible marketplace purchase with a minimum transaction value specified in the Jointearn application (currently USD $5 or local currency equivalent). Refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, or fraudulent purchases do not qualify.

Step 5

Send at least one eligible gift through Jointearn with a minimum value specified in the application (currently USD $5 or equivalent). Gift reversals, refunds, or cancelled gifts do not qualify.

Step 6

Successfully pass Jointearn’s fraud detection and risk assessment systems.

Only after all qualification requirements have been satisfied will the referral become a Qualified Referral.

5. Referral Rewards

Once a referral becomes qualified, the Referrer becomes eligible to receive the referral reward shown inside the Jointearn application.

Unless otherwise stated:

• The standard referral reward is USD $20 (or equivalent platform value).
• Rewards are credited to the user’s Jointearn Wallet.
• Reward values may vary between campaigns.
• Jointearn may change reward amounts at any time for future referrals.

The reward amount displayed inside your application at the time of the referral is the applicable reward.

6. Reward Availability

Referral rewards are generally credited after:

• Qualification requirements are completed;
• Fraud screening has completed successfully;
• Required waiting periods have expired;
• No refunds or payment disputes remain outstanding.

Jointearn may delay payment while conducting fraud or compliance reviews.

7. Locked Rewards

Some referral rewards may initially be credited as Locked Rewards. Locked rewards may become withdrawable only after additional platform requirements have been satisfied.

Examples include:

• Minimum spending requirements
• Minimum platform activity
• Expiration of fraud review periods
• No chargebacks or payment disputes
• Any additional requirements displayed within the application

Locked rewards remain visible within your wallet until released.

8. Referral Status

Each referral progresses through the following stages:

Status	Description
Pending	User registered but has not completed qualification
Funded	User successfully added funds
Purchased	User completed an eligible purchase
Gifted	User sent an eligible gift
Qualified	All requirements completed
Rewarded	Reward successfully credited
Rejected	Referral rejected due to fraud, abuse, or ineligibility

Users may view referral progress from the Referral Dashboard.

9. Fraud Prevention

Jointearn uses automated and manual fraud detection systems. Examples of prohibited activity include:

• Self-referrals, multiple accounts, or duplicate devices
• Device fingerprint manipulation
• Shared payment methods or identity documents
• Artificial purchases or fake gifting activity
• Payment reversals or chargebacks
• Referral farming or fake traffic
• Bot-generated accounts or coordinated abuse
• Any activity intended to manipulate the referral system

Participation in prohibited activities may result in referral cancellation, reward reversal, account suspension, permanent account termination, or withholding of pending rewards.

10. Reward Reversal

Jointearn may reverse rewards already credited if we determine that:

• Qualification requirements were not genuinely completed;
• Transactions were refunded or reversed;
• Fraud or abuse occurred;
• Payment disputes or chargebacks occurred;
• Any Program Terms were violated.

You authorize Jointearn to deduct improperly awarded rewards from your Jointearn Wallet.

11. Referral Limits

Jointearn may apply limits including maximum referrals per campaign, monthly/annual reward limits, or maximum referrals per household, payment method, or device. Current limits will be displayed inside the application where applicable.

12. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining whether referral rewards are taxable under the laws of your country or jurisdiction. Jointearn does not provide tax advice and accepts no responsibility for any tax obligations arising from participation in the Program.

13. Changes to the Program

Jointearn may modify reward amounts, introduce new qualification requirements, suspend/end campaigns, restrict eligibility, change waiting periods, or introduce new fraud controls. Changes generally apply prospectively and do not affect rewards that have already been earned, unless fraud or abuse is discovered.

14. Suspension or Termination

Jointearn may suspend or terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time if we reasonably believe the Program is being abused, creates unacceptable financial or operational risk, or is otherwise no longer appropriate to continue. Where reasonably possible, Jointearn will provide advance notice through the application, email, or other communication channels.

15. Privacy

Jointearn processes personal information in accordance with the Jointearn Privacy Policy. Information collected through the Referral Program may be used for fraud prevention, identity verification, reward processing, regulatory compliance, program administration, and analytics.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted law, Jointearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Referral Program, including delays in reward payments caused fraud reviews, payment processing, technical issues, or events outside Jointearn’s reasonable control.

17. Governing Law

These Referral Terms shall be governed the laws specified in the Jointearn Terms of Service. Any disputes relating to the Referral Program shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in the Jointearn Terms of Service.
