TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES

JOINTEARN TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Jointearn (“Jointearn”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Jointearn mobile applications, websites, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://jointearn.com/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you are using the Services on Apple iOS, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

  1. Who may use the Services
    You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Certain features — including purchases, subscriptions, withdrawals, marketplace selling, and coin packages — are available only to users who are 18 or older.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

  1. Accounts
    You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are shared, sold, duplicated, created with false information, or used in violation of these Terms.

  1. The Services
    Jointearn is a multi-feature platform that may include, among other things: short-form video, music streaming, news and updates, games, user profiles, messaging, referrals, a marketplace, digital wallets, virtual coins, and paid subscriptions.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature will remain available or that you will earn any particular amount of rewards.

  1. Acceptable use
    You agree not to:
  • violate any law or third-party right;
  • upload or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, pornographic involving minors, excessively violent, harassing, or fraudulent;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property;
  • use bots, scrapers, emulators, or other automation except as we expressly allow;
  • interfere with or reverse engineer the Services;
  • create multiple accounts to manipulate rewards, rankings, or promotions;
  • attempt to obtain coins, rewards, or subscriptions fraud, chargeback abuse, or exploiting bugs.

We may remove content, withhold rewards, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

  1. User content
    You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Jointearn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Services.

You represent that you have all rights needed to grant that licence and that your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, the law, or the rights of others. We act as a hosting platform and are not the publisher of user-generated content.

  1. Copyright complaints
    If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@jointearn.com including: (a) your contact details; (b) a description of the work; (c) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers.

  1. Virtual coins, rewards, and wallets
    Coins, tokens, points, and similar balances (“Virtual Items”) have no cash value except where we expressly allow a conversion or withdrawal under published rules. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They are not bank deposits, securities, or e-money unless we state otherwise in a specific product.

We may change earning rates, caps, conversion rules, and eligibility. Fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse may result in forfeiture of Virtual Items and account termination.

We do not guarantee earnings. Past activity is not a promise of future rewards.

Games and loyalty features are not gambling. Game outcomes do not multiply stakes. You cannot wager money for a chance to win more money through the Services.

  1. In-app purchases and subscriptions (including Apple)
    Some features are sold as In-App Purchases, including consumable coin packs and auto-renewable subscriptions (for example Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Elite plans, in monthly and/or annual terms).

If you buy through the Apple App Store:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown at purchase (or the then-current price if we have given required notice of a change).
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or as Apple otherwise provides.
  • Apple’s refund rules apply to App Store purchases. Jointearn cannot directly refund Apple In-App Purchases.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices displayed in the app may vary region and are set in App Store Connect. We confirm that the listed prices for our coin packs and subscription products — including 21,000 Coins at US$199.99, 42,000 Coins at US$399.99, Diamond at US$49.99 (monthly) and US$499.99 (annual), and Black Elite at US$199.99 — are the intended prices for those products unless we update them in App Store Connect and in the app.

Google Play and other store purchases are governed the applicable store’s terms. Purchases completed outside a store (if any) are governed the payment provider’s terms and our refund policy as published at the time of purchase.

  1. Marketplace
    Where the Services include a marketplace, sellers are solely responsible for their listings, fulfilment, product quality, and legal compliance. Jointearn is not a party to the contract between buyer and seller and is not liable for goods, delivery, or disputes, except where required law.
  2. Third-party services
    The Services may include links, SDKs, or integrations (payments, analytics, maps, social login, advertising, cloud storage, and similar). Those services are governed their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
  3. Advertising
    We may display advertising. We do not operate gambling products and do not target gambling ads to users we know to be under 18.
  4. Intellectual property
    The Services, including software, trademarks, logos, and our original content, are owned Jointearn or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Jointearn marks except as needed to use the Services.

  6. Disclaimers
    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REWARDS, CONTENT, OR MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
  7. Limitation of liability
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOINTEARN AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR REWARDS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO JOINTEARN (EXCLUDING APP STORE FEES RETAINED BY APPLE) IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR (B) USD $50.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

  1. Indemnity
    You will indemnify and hold Jointearn harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
  2. Termination
    You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required law, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that their nature should survive (including 5–8 and 12–18) will survive termination. Unused Virtual Items may be forfeited on termination unless law requires otherwise.
  3. Changes
    We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a revised “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
