These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Jointearn, including our mobile application, website, and all related services (“Services”), operated Jointearn (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. Certain features (such as withdrawals or purchases) may require you to be 18+.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We prohibit:

  • Multiple or fake accounts

  • Grant Jointearn a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it

We reserve the right to remove any content that:

  • Violates copyright laws
  • Is inappropriate or illegal

5. Copyright & DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request including:

  • Proof of ownership
  • Description of the copyrighted work
  • URL/location of the infringing content

We may remove content and terminate repeat offenders.

6. Earnings & Rewards

  • Earnings are based on valid user activity
  • Fraudulent activity results in suspension or termination
  • Rewards may be modified, delayed, or revoked at our discretion

We do NOT guarantee earnings.

7. Gamified Loyalty Programs (Games & Rewards)

Jointearn may offer gamified loyalty or reward systems.

General Rules

  • Rewards must be supplementary to legitimate platform activities
  • No payment represents a wager or gambling stake
  • Rewards cannot be purchased directly

For Games

  • Rewards must follow a fixed ratio system
  • Game outcomes must NOT increase or multiply rewards based on chance

For Non-Game Features

  • Rewards may involve contests or chance-based systems ONLY if:
    • Official rules are published
    • Odds or selection methods are disclosed
    • Entry deadlines, prize details, and winners are clearly stated

We do NOT operate gambling services.

8. Purchases, Subscriptions & Payments

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
  • We do not store full payment details
  • Withdrawal limits and verification may apply
  • Refunds are subject to platform policies

9. E-commerce

For marketplace features:

  • Sellers are responsible for their products and accuracy
  • We are not liable for product quality, delivery, or disputes
  • Users must comply with applicable trade and consumer laws

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services including:

  • Payment processors
  • Analytics tools
  • Social logins
  • Advertising partners

We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

11. Advertising & Gambling-Related Ads

Our platform may display ads.

We ensure:

  • Ads comply with applicable laws
  • No targeting of users under 18 for gambling-related ads
  • No misleading or deceptive advertising

We do NOT:

  • Provide gambling services
  • Promote real-money betting directly within the app
  • Allow simulated casino or betting features

12. Content Categories (Movies, Music, News, Skits)

  • Content may be sourced from third parties or users
  • We do not guarantee ownership of all uploaded content
  • Users must not upload copyrighted material without permission

We act as a platform, not the original publisher.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Legal compliance requirements

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted law, Jointearn is not liable for:

  • Loss of earnings or rewards
  • Financial or commercial losses
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jointearn harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
