Payment Terms & Refund

All financial transactions on JointEarn must be completed in accordance with the following policies:

1. Payment Obligations: Users agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with their use of JointEarn.
2. Refund Policy: Payments are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at JointEarn’s discretion.
3. Payment Security: JointEarn ensures secure transactions but is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
4. Transaction Disputes: Users can report any payment disputes to support@jointearn.com within 14 days of the transaction.
